Pam graduated from Acadia University with B.Sc in Home Economics and B.Ed. She later returned to school where she completed her diploma in Interior Design. Tower Interiors (TI) is a member of the NS Home Builder’s Association and was Rookie of the Year in 1999, as well as the Community Service Award in 2005 and 2006. In November 2008, Pam was awarded the Most Outstanding Residential Kitchen Renovation Award at the NSHBA Peak Awards Gala. Many projects designed by Pam have won awards for their builders. TI is also a member of the Chamber of Commerce and Pam Tower has been a Director on the Board since 2007. Tower Interiors was a Finalist in the Entrepreneur of the Year award at the Chamber of Commerce Business Awards in 2005. In 2006 Pam earned the Entrepreneur of the Year Award by the Halifax Progress Women of Excellence Awards. |

Always in tune with her leadership abilities, Pat has earned many awards and accomplishments. Most recently she was nominated for the Women of Excellence Awards for 2009. Pat continually set the bar in sales goals for the retail banking industry. Her activities reflect her core values and she knows how to treat people kindly and keep satisfied customers. She has grown as a leader in her church community, amongst her peers, in the networking world, in business relationships and in the gift giving industry. With her company, MEFY Gifts Pat’s goal is to change the face of the gift industry.

Tracy Boyer is Co-Founder of The Hub Halifax. Following several years working with Envision Halifax, Tracy and partners launched one of Halifax’s most interesting new community business ventures, The Hub Halifax.
The Hub is a co-working and meeting space in downtown Halifax supporting a vibrant community of talent where social innovation can be the result of creative collusions. Through her work with The Hub, Tracy is helping to pioneer and explore the role of social enterprise in Atlantic Canada.
